June 19 – 23 | Mindfulness Meditation Retreat ONLINE with Shambhala Mountain Center: A 5-Day Silent Retreat
The Mindfulness Meditation Retreat (co-led by Janet Curry and Janet Solyntjes) is an intensive 5-day, teacher-led, silent meditation retreat which emphasizes the deep understanding and practice of mindfulness meditation in its most universal and accessible expression. The Retreat is based on the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) principles developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center’s Center for Mindfulness.
