Upcoming Courses

ALL Mindfulness-based courses currently held LIVE-ONLINE!

MONTHLY | Mindfulness Drop-In Session

COST: $15 – 25

We hold our mindfulness drop-in sessions once per month. The coming months’ dates are:

October 5, 12:00 – 1:30 PM, MST
November 7, 5:30 – 7:00 PM, MST
December 7, 12:00 – 1:30 PM, MST

During these 90-minute sessions, we begin with a guided practice followed by dialogue and conversation. These sessions offer past students a chance to refresh and reboot their practice, and give new practitioners a chance to dip their toes into the mindfulness practice and its benefits.

Each month has a new theme, which we will share in our monthly newsletter (link to subscribe below). Participants must pre-register, and will then receive the class Zoom link. Class cost is on a sliding scale: $15 – $25. All are welcome, so please contribute what you can, and don’t hesitate to contact Janet for other options!

September 1 - November 16: 4 - 7:30 PM MST | MBSR Essentials Teacher Training ~ Level 1

September 14 - November 9: 12 - 2:30 PM MST | Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Course

October 11 - December 13: Tuesdays 6:00 - 8:30 pm EST | Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) Course
