ONLINE EVENT WITH PRAJNA YOGA

If you’re interested in beginning a mindfulness practice, or have a steady practice but could use a ‘reboot’, you’re welcome to join us for this Open Mindfulness Meditation session.  Using the theme of ‘intention’ as a prompt, we’ll engage in mindfulness practice, followed by an opportunity to reflect, share, and inquire together.

Join Janet for an Orientation Session for the upcoming event, Prajna Yoga’s Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction. This event will begin with Prajna Yoga founder Tias Little introducing Janet, and will include information about the format, logistics, and content for the upcoming MBSR course.

    March 30 – May 18 | Weekly sessions on Tuesdays from 12:00 – 2:30 PM MST (March 30, April 6, 13, 20, & 27, May 4, 11, & 18)

    *Note – First and last sessions are from 12:00 – 3:00pm MT on March 30th and May 18th*

    May 8, 9:00am – 4:30 PM MST | All-Day Session

    *This course can be applied towards required hours for the Prajna Yoga 300/500-Hour Yoga Teacher Training.

    MARCH 24 - MAY 26 | FOUNDATIONS IN MBSR TEACHER TRAINING | ONLINE COURSE WITH JANET CURRY

    MAy 25 @ 5:30 - 7:30 PM MST | MINDFULNESS-BASED COGNITIVE Therapy (MBCT): FREE ORIENTATION SESSION
