MONTHLY | Mindfulness Drop-In Session
COST: $15 – 25
You’re welcome to join us for our mindfulness drop-in sessions, held on the first Wednesday of each month. The coming months’ dates are:
October 18, 5:30 – 7:00 pm, MDT
November 13, 12:00 – 1:30pm MST
December 6, 5:300 – 7:00 pm, MST
These 90-minute sessions begin with a guided practice followed by dialogue and conversation, offering past students a chance to deepen and refresh their practice, and give new practitioners a chance to dip their toes into the experience of mindfulness and its cultivation.
Each month has a new theme related to mindfulness and the challenge of bringing friendly awareness to where the ‘rubber meets the road’ of our daily lives. We share the monthly theme in our newsletter (link to subscribe below). Participants must pre-register, and will then receive the class Zoom link. Class cost is on a sliding scale: $15 – $25. All are welcome, so please contribute what you can, and don’t hesitate to contact Janet for other options!
