MONTHLY | Mindfulness Drop-In Session
COST: $15 – 25
Our upcoming Drop-In Sessions are:
October 6, 12:00 – 1:30pm MST
November 3, 5:30 – 7:00pm MST
December 1, 12:00 – 1:30pm MST
You’re welcome to join us for this 90-minute session that will start with a guided practice followed by dialogue. These sessions offer past students a chance to refresh and reboot their practice, and will give new practitioners a chance to dip their toes into the benefits mindfulness practice has to offer.
Each month will have a new theme, which we will share in our monthly newsletter (link to subscribe below). Participants must pre-register, and will then receive the class Zoom link. Class cost is on a sliding scale: $15 – $25. All are welcome, so please contribute what you can, and don’t hesitate to contact Janet for other options!

9 Days Live-Online, held over 3 weekends, each spaced 2 weeks apart

Held October 30 – December 11 on Saturdays (skipping November 27th) from 10:30a – 1:00p MST
Over the 6-week course, we will explore themes such as:
- Embodied Seeing/Slow Looking
- Play and Process
- Overcoming Obstacles and The Gift of Failure
- Finding Ground—Resources for the Journey
The class time will be balanced between guided mindfulness practice, group conversation, and hands-on creative prompts, with the invitation to continue explorations at home between classes.
